The Canadian Camp Director’s Course (CCDC)

(just prior to the Ontario Camps Association’s Annual Conference)
at Tim Horton Onondaga Farms, St. George, Ontario
With the support of The International Camping Fellowship and based on prior successful International Camp Director’s Courses (ICDC), the CCA/ACC is thrilled to provide a professional development opportunity for camp directors (Day Camp & Residential Camp!) that furthers their body of knowledge in the camping field. A certificate of completion is awarded, based on course attendance and participation.
Your CCDC package includes:
· Return transportation from Pearson International Airport (for airport arrivals on Sunday afternoon and airport departures on Wednesday following the CCDC completion)
· Accommodation and Meals (for supper on January 23rd until after lunch on January 26th)
· All Course materials
· A copy of Basic Camp Management (Seventh Edition) by Armand & Beverly Ball
· Wednesday, January 26th one-way transportation to The Ontario Camps Association’s 2011 Annual Conference at The Sheraton Parkway Hotel in Richmond Hill (for those who wish to attend the OCA Conference)

Note: The working language of this course is English. CCA/ACC plans to offer three more CCDC courses in 2011 and 2012: in western Canada, in eastern Canada, and a French language course in central Canada. Watch for details in the spring of 2011.
