[:en]It is with great sadness that the Ontario Camps Association announced on Monday the passing of David Stoch, Director of Camp Kodiak (McKellar, ON). David had been battling cancer for the past few years.
The following information was posted by Benjamin’s Funeral Home on their website:
STOCH, David – Peacefully, on Friday, January 29, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Eleanor. Loving father and father-in-law of Marni and Mark, Ilana and Blake, and Shari and Rick. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Les and the late Ella; and Joyce, Ester, and Jack and Dianne, and brother- in-law of Bernie Chmielash. Devoted grandfather of Sonja, Riana, Talia, Charli, Dani, and Jaxson. Devoted friend of Bob and Helen, and Amanda. Dave will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, and his entire Kodiak family. At Benjamin’s Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue West (three lights west of Dufferin) for service on Sunday, January 31st at 1:00 p.m. Interment in the Solel Congregation Section of Pardes Shalom Cemetery.
