The Canadian Camping Association/Association des camps du Canada is currently celebrating its 75th anniversary season during 2011.
CCA/ACC represents 800 camps in all ten provinces across Canada.
This update was compiled following the most recent meetings of the CCA/ACC National Board on November 29 and 30, 2010 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Harry Edwards first became involved in camping in 1970 at a faith-based camp in Ontario. In the more than 40 years since, he has directed camp programs, served on camp boards and led a national camping organization comprised of nine properties in seven provinces.
Since moving to British Columbia in 1997, Harry has been involved in the British Columbia Camping Association (BCCA) as well as the Fellowship of Christian Camps (FCC) B.C. He is currently the Executive Director of Stillwood Camp and Conference Centre located near Chilliwack, B.C., a position that he has held for the past fourteen years. During this time, he has implemented some 15 million dollars in capital and program improvements. Harry has served on the Conference Committee for the BCCA/FCC Annual Linked Conference during his time at Stillwood.
Harry Edwards is a sincere, committed, capable camping leader whose broad experience prepares him to serve our national organization well in this time of transition and growth.
